Ocean Blue cafe is located in Churaumi Aquarium. We walked to the counter and informed them that we wanted to sit next to the aquarium. The staff gave us a queue card and told us to wait for about 5 minutes. The staff came to call us to our table and gave us a card when we got up to leave the table to return to the front counter. The staff will inform us of the last time we can sit. We are not sure if it is 30 minutes or not. After we got our table, we went to order food in front and waited to bring it back to sit and eat at the table.
