As the shrine is the god of traffic safety, many people came to have their cars purified in the parking lot.

In Fukuoka Prefecture, you often see people with Munakata Taisha purification charms and stickers on their cars.

The shrine has been renovated recently and is very clean.
There is also a cafe near the parking lot.
