Even Emperor Showa enjoyed these fragrant soba noodles made with high-quality Nagano buckwheat flour.

The soup is made with brewed soy sauce, Hokkaido Rishiri kelp, and domestically sourced coarse kelp.
No artificial seasonings or preservatives are used.

I ordered the popular Kamo Nanban Soba.

It was packed with chunky pieces of duck and was absolutely delicious.

They also flash-frozen their authentic soba noodles at -35°C so you can enjoy them at home, and deliver these artisanal masterpieces via refrigerated delivery.
