Zenkoji Temple's Romon Gate.

Five bays, three doors, double-gable roofed structure. It stands approximately 20 meters tall.

Visitor tickets for the three halls (Main Hall Inner Sanctuary, Sanmon Gate, and Sutra Repository)

Visitor tickets can be purchased at each hall.

The plaque at Zenkoji Temple is also known as the "Hato-ji no Haku" (Pigeon Frame), with five doves hidden within the characters.

Photography is prohibited inside the Sanmon Gate (including the Buddhist statues), but you can walk around the upper level of the gate from the outside, offering a beautiful view of the Zenkoji Main Hall and the people walking along Nakamise Street.
