A long-established hairpin specialty store in Shirato Momoyama, Shimabara City, adjacent to the famous local spring water "Hamanokawa Spring Water." Founded as the main store in 1915 (Taisho 4), it temporarily closed during the second generation's time and was revived by Shimabara City in 2016. The store is a wooden building that is a nationally registered tangible cultural property.

Kanzashi: A traditional Shimabara sweet made by cooling small shiratama in famous spring water and topping it with a refined syrup. It has a chewy texture and refreshing sweetness.
