🍜 Ramen Hamahiro
📍Hiroshima Ebicho (5 mins walk from Ebicho)
This time I ordered
・Clam ramen + bonito tsukudani rice (1330 yen)
️📝
A must-try for shellfish broth lovers💕
The clear soup has a clam flavor that spreads from the first bite, and it has a light yet deep taste✨️
It's also great to eat it while gradually dissolving the yuzu pepper!
The crunchy texture of the onions and the subtle sweetness are an exquisite accent to the soup.
The chewy flat noodles go well with the soup, and I enjoyed it until the last bite without getting bored☺️
The bonito tsukudani rice was made like ochazuke by pouring ramen soup over it✨
The fragrant bonito flavor was a perfect combination of seaweed, rice crackers, and wasabi.
The restaurant has a counter and table seats, and has a calm atmosphere.
It was so popular that the place was full as soon as we entered!
I'd like to visit this place again when I go to Hiroshima☺️
