The course began with champagne 🥂✨

The amuse-bouche featured luxurious ingredients like foie gras, truffles, and caviar. The aroma of wood-fired fire tickled my nose. The foie gras was crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside—it was absolutely delicious! 🤤

The salmon, likely cooked at a low temperature, was moist and perfectly paired with the sauce. ⸜🐟⸝

The main course, Japanese Black Beef, was tender and perfectly cooked, a real treat. 😮💨

The pasta, with its delicious bacon, featured a variety of seasonal vegetables. It was filling and perfectly matched with the flat noodles ♡

For dessert,
As part of the anniversary course,
we had fireworks ✨
A gorgeous-looking shortcake with a message 🎂🥂✨
And this cake was absolutely delicious 🤤
It's so nice to be able to enjoy fresh strawberries 🍓 this time of year ♪

The rosemary and Yame roasted green tea we had with dessert was refreshing and easy to drink 🍵
