The sky lobby is located on the 29th floor. There was no prior phone communication before check in, and there were no concierge staff at the hotel entrance to greet guests or help with luggage 🧳. It seems that the operator has reduced staffing.

I stayed in a 40th-floor river view room with a king-size bed, approx. 36 square meters, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window 🪟, sofa 🛋️, desk, and small side table.
The minibar is not complimentary, and the bottled water is Chunshui Le (unlimited).
