The Ryukyu Kingdom's most sacred site, Sefa Utaki, is a must-see for tourists in southern Okinawa. It is said to have been created by Amamikiyo, the creator god of the Ryukyu Kingdom. Tourists can visit, but they cannot enter wearing overly revealing camisoles, miniskirts, or shorts. There are many steps at the foot, so we recommend wearing shoes that are easy to walk in, such as sneakers.
The ticket office and the entrance to Sefa Utaki are separated. Tickets are not sold at the entrance, so be sure to stop by the ticket office to purchase a ticket.
