Sun Moon Lake Ropeway and Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village!

The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway connects the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village with Sun Moon Lake. The Sun Moon Lake Station is located southeast of Sun Moon Lake, north of Ita Thao and west of the Youth Activity Center on the lakeshore.

The ropeway spans 1.877 km from the Youth Activity Center at Sun Moon Lake to the Guanshan Building in the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village, with only two stations. From the ropeway, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the famous Sun Moon Lake and the Puli Basin. In a 7-minute aerial journey, you can fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of Sun Moon Lake and the surrounding mountains!

At the destination, the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village, you can experience indigenous culture and enjoy the latest entertainment facilities, making it enjoyable for people of all ages.
