Nara Park, Nara Prefecture, Japan is a large public park and one of the oldest public parks in Japan, built in 1880. In addition to being a place for city dwellers to relax, the park is also home to a large number of deer. Nara has almost 1,200 deer, which has made deer a symbol of Nara. The deer in Nara live freely, walking, eating, and sleeping in the park. They are not afraid of people. There are shops selling sembei or Japanese rice crackers at various points. We can buy and feed them to the deer and take pictures with them.
🚇 There are 2 train lines: JR Nara Station and Kintetsu Nara Station.
