Hulunbuir Grassland Trip | From Hailar to Arxan, Encounter the Most Beautiful Ewenki Banner ✨

This autumn, I finally fulfilled my dream of visiting the Inner Mongolia Grassland! Starting from Hailar, we traveled along the Morigele River all the way to Manzhouli, and finally arrived at Arxan. This route is absolutely amazing 🥰

🌿Must-visit Attractions
1️⃣Morigele River
A winding grassland river with many bends. The best viewing platform is at Muyun Mountain Peak. It's recommended to come in the morning to avoid tour groups. Every casual shot looks like a Windows desktop wallpaper.

2️⃣186 Ribbon River
The 35 RMB ticket is super worth it! You can experience grass sliding and horse riding. The swing at the mountain top is super thrilling (remember to bring a jacket, it's very windy).

3️⃣Bayan Hushuo Grassland Tourist Area (next to S202 Highway)
Niche but stunning! There are traditional Ewenki yurts, and you can also see herders driving their sheep. The golden grassland at dusk is breathtakingly beautiful 😭

4️⃣Manzhouli
A fairy-tale city on the China-Russia border. Matryoshka Square and the National Gate are must-visits. The night view has a strong exotic charm.

5️⃣Arxan
A divine combination of volcanic landforms and grassland forests. It's recommended to stay in Tianchi Town for convenient sightseeing.

🚗Transportation Tips
▪️It's recommended to charter a car or self-drive (grassland signal is intermittent, download offline maps in advance).
▪️Hailar → Manzhouli is about 3h, Manzhouli → Arxan is about 5h.
