Missing Taiwan, Dashan is a priceless dining space

Four years ago, a Taiwanese friend brought me to this restaurant, and it really lived up to its reputation. Every dish, both in terms of presentation, had been carefully researched and shown to be very thoughtful. This meal has about 10 dishes in total, including appetizers, sashimi, grilled food, soup... and every 3-4 dishes, a cup of clear vinegar will be served to cleanse the taste buds.
