I always want to eat hotpot more in summer than in winter, probably because the air-conditioning in hotpot restaurants is very strong🤣🤣🤣. Today I went to Xifu Hotpot near Xinzhuang Sports Park. The decoration has a Hong Kong style. I paid extra and ordered the Pepper Chicken Soup because the sign on the door said "A Specialty Shop for Craftsmen to Make Soup". This soup is delicious whether it is used to cook vegetables or meat. Although there is a self-service sauce area next to it, there is no need for additional seasoning with this soup base👍👍👍.
