Taiwan's little-known photo spot and stunning viewpoint

☁️ On a clear day, go to the 📍Taoist Temple 聖德宮 near Taipei!
❌ There is no admission fee ❌

There are almost no tourists, so it is great for taking leisurely photos 📸 Since I traveled alone without a tripod, I propped my phone on the surrounding structures and took these photos with a timer~

It is magnificent and beautiful, but I guess the reason it is not visited as much is because it is still less well-known among Koreans + the transportation is a bit difficult. But it is definitely worth a visit! If you are traveling to Taipei for more than 4 nights, I highly recommend it

How to get there 🧭

1. 🚇 Take the Taipei MRT blue 🔵 line Bannan Line and get off at the eastern terminus, Nangang Exhibition Center

2. 🚌 Transfer to bus 823 and get off at Xizhi Farmers Association

3. 🚕 Call an Uber taxi to 聖德宮

It took a total of 1 hour one way from Taipei Main Station, and Uber taxis were easy to catch when getting off at the temple (taxi in the city will take you up the mountain road). The round-trip taxi fare between Xizhi Farmers Association and the temple was 253 NTD = about 11,000 KRW. I thought it was the entrance fee. Haha If you go with someone, you can save more by sharing the yen.
