Winter in the park

Despite the cold weather that often descends on New York City every winter time, its famous Central Park is still a hive of activity with plenty to do to keep you entertained.

The ice skating rink- the city is full of ice skating rinks across the holiday season but none can claimed to be as iconic as the one in Central Park as you skate around with an incredible view of midtown’s skyline.

Bethesda terrace- The beautiful two level terrace features unique carvings showing the seasons as it leads towards a fountain and the lake.

Literary walk- a tree lined avenue in the heart of the park dominated by statues of famous 19th century literature figures.

The Lake- the perfect place for a walk no matter what the weather, a true oasis within the city.

Strawberry Fields- a tribute to the late Beatles singer, John Lennon. A must see for the band’s numerous fans.
