Coffee is great. They seem to have good beans and perfect milk froth. Food is just plain normal, not really worthy of all that hype. The portions are big (American style) But the price too is expensive. IMO, it's not worth the price.

There are parking lots. But the area around are quite busy all day, everyday. So be aware of the traffic. Walkable distance to the beach. Overall, with prices reduced this may perform better. station.
