Nice, a place where simply walking feels like a movie.

From the moment I arrived in Nice, the scenery before my eyes felt like a scene from a film. Under the deep blue sky, the endless Mediterranean Sea, the red-roofed buildings, and the palm-lined streets—all of it was so breathtaking that it was hard to believe it was real.

Starting the day with a morning walk along the Promenade des Anglais was perfect, thanks to the sound of the waves and the refreshing breeze. Sitting on a beach chair, staring blankly at the sea, felt like time well spent. The sunlight was warm but not unpleasant, almost as if it was energizing travelers.

Entering the old town reveals a completely different atmosphere. As you wander through the narrow alleys, you'll encounter centuries-old buildings, murals, antique shops, and flower markets, each offering its own charm. The Niçoise salad and rosé wine I had for lunch captured the essence of a Mediterranean summer.

The view of Nice from the hilltop at Colline du Château was even more stunning than any photograph, and the fountain show at Place Masséna during sunset was the perfect finale to the day. Nice is a city that stirs the soul and is an ideal destination for those looking to pause their daily lives for a while.
