Cave d'Occi Winery Tour

The entire vineyard area not only includes a hotel but also a vineyard and a winery.
You can book a Guided Tour when reserving the hotel, which allows you to visit the winery within the vineyard. The tour is conducted entirely in Japanese. Even though none of us wine enthusiasts understand Japanese, we still went to visit the winery and had a great time 🤪🤪🤪.

The basic process involves being taken to the vineyard for a brief explanation of how they grow the grapes, when they harvest them, and then moving on to the winery to see the winemaking equipment and the barrel storage room. After that, you visit the wine storage area where the bottled wines are kept.

Finally, the most important and last part of the tour is the wine tasting. It's free, and you get to try two glasses—one white and one red. After tasting, you can check the prices. And that's it! 😛
