【Niigata】A restaurant where you can enjoy exquisite salmon and salmon roe.

I visited a place called 'Ishidaya' in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture!

Murakami City is not only known as a town of sake but also as a town of salmon. So, I decided to go and enjoy some delicious salmon and salmon roe! I found this restaurant, Ishidaya, in a guidebook I borrowed from the library. They happened to have a special salmon set in collaboration with "Daimyo Tousan," featuring a variety of salmon dishes, and I was thoroughly satisfied! Other fish dishes and the simmered pork were also very reasonably priced and incredibly delicious! The salmon roe here was even more astonishingly delicious than what I had in Hokkaido! I highly recommend visiting!
