Nikko Futarasan Shrine

This shrine is located in Nikko city, Tochigi! This is an ancient shrine where Nikko-san faith began, and it enshrines Mt. Futara (Mt. Nantai) as its sacred object ✨️

It is now a popular shrine for its blessings in matchmaking ♥️

The beautiful wooden vermilion-painted bridge "Shinkyo" that decorates the entrance to Nikko-sanuchi is also a structure of Futara-san Shrine, so please come and visit it together with Shinkyo 🚶

Access:
From JR Nikko Station or Tobu Nikko Station, take the Tobu bus bound for Nikko "Chuzenji Onsen" or "Yumoto Onsen" for about 10 minutes, then get off at the "Nishi-sando Iriguchi" bus stop and walk for 7 minutes

Opening hours:
・April to October 8:00 to 17:00
・November to March 9:00 to 16:00 (reception closes 30 minutes before closing during each period)

Prices:
Admission fee (entrance fee to the main shrine garden)
・Adults (including students) 300 yen
・Elementary, junior high and high school students (100 yen)
