I have been to ancient villages of all sizes in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, but I am still amazed by Longgong Village. The clear springs, waterfalls, ancient houses and trees are like a paradise, and there are few tourists.
Most of the people living here are indigenous people.
The only commercial thing is the small shop at the entrance of the village, which is perfect for walking and taking photos.
[Star] Longgong Village was built during the Xuanhe period of the Northern Song Dynasty and has a long history. It is said that there was once a dragon living in a pond in the south of the village. The pond was deep and bottomless, with clear water that never dried up all year round, like a crystal palace, and was also called the Dragon Palace.

If you drive, you can directly navigate to Longgong Village. Parking is free in the village. Public transportation: Take the high-speed rail to Ninghai Station, and transfer to Ninghai Bus No. 816 after leaving the station. It takes about 1.5 hours.
[○] Recommended check-in spots
[One] Daxie Waterfall: In the direction of the ancient post road, follow the cobblestone path to the end of the reservoir. When there is a lot of rain, a huge waterfall will form, which is very spectacular.
[Two] Chen Clan Ancestral Hall: stage, eaves, rich historical atmosphere
[Three] Dragon Tree: A 400-year-old tree that looks like a dragon. There is a stream next to it, so it is a great place to take photos.
[Four] Ancient buildings in the village: Walking on the stone road beside the stream, you will feel like you are traveling through time.
