Sapporo Tourism Sapporo Snow Festival 2023 Large Snow Sculptures in West 7-5 Chome

Sapporo, Sapporo Sightseeing

There are many things to see and do in Sapporo, but

I went to the 73rd Sapporo Snow Festival, so I'd like to share it with you.

The Sapporo Snow Festival began in 1950 when local junior and senior high school students created snow sculptures in Odori Park.

You can enjoy the magnificent snow sculptures, created by local residents and members of the Self-Defense Forces.

The Sapporo Snow Festival will be held in 2023.

✅Dates: February 4-11, 2023

✅Odori Park Venue
✅Susukino Venue

Only two venues will be held.

This time,

✅Odori Venue: Nishi 7-chome - Nishi 5-chome
✅1-minute walk from Odori Station on the Tozai Subway Line

I'll share it here.

✅West 7-chome Venue

Embree House

👉 Located in Embree Park, Hampshire, England The building, which currently serves as a daycare center for children ages 2 and up and a boarding school (EMBLEY) for students up to 18, is perfectly recreated in a snow sculpture.

✅West 5-Chome Venue

A galloping thoroughbred

A dynamic, galloping thoroughbred is recreated in this snow sculpture.

The thoroughbred's muscular legs are also beautifully recreated.
