Okinawa｜Captain Kangaroo Taco Rice: First experience with taco rice 🌮

The first meal I had in Okinawa was the popular taco rice! Although the store is not big, it is decorated with a great atmosphere, making people feel comfortable as soon as they enter.

As soon as the meal was served, the aroma hit my nose. The most special thing was the slice of cheese on top that was fried to crispy. The crunchy texture was very similar to that of a biscuit, and it was so delicious when I took a bite! The meat sauce of the taco rice has a strong Mexican flavor, paired with shredded cheese and lettuce. The overall flavor is great, but it starts to feel a bit greasy when you eat 2/3 of it. It is recommended that two people share it.

If you come to Okinawa and want to try special exotic cuisine, this one is really worth a try!
