Iwasaki honpo is a famous snack shop in nagasaki japan and it is very popular with the locals over there. What is being sold here is their highly raved about braised pork belly buns. Their buns are soft white buns, which feels more like a pau, but what impressed me was their braised pork belly which was so so good and soft that it literally melts in the mouth. Eat the bun together with the braised pork and it's a matchmake in heaven. Pure delicious!

One pork belly bun at Iwasaki Honpo is at 500 yen which was worth it as it's really yummy. The shop has a nice seating area to enjoy your snack. Other merchandises are also sold here.
