The address is kept secret and reservation-only. Tucked away in the back of a flower shop in Kitashinchi, "Mitsu8" is a secret yakiniku restaurant whose location is known only to those with reservations.
With its in-house yakiniku chefs offering rare Wagyu beef, including some of Japan's finest Tajima beef, cooked to perfection, this is truly the place to "master meat."

The meat dishes are impressive. The three types of beef tongue (thick-sliced, thin-sliced, and tongue kalbi) offer striking differences in texture and flavor, while the salted dishes (tonbi, marushin, and tsurami) highlight the unique characteristics of each cut.
Sirloin sukiyaki is a blissful dish served with freshly steamed rice. The special fillet Kao Ya Ping is prepared in the style of Peking duck, with an exquisite balance of savory and sweet flavors.
The grilled beef fillet (kainomi, oxtail, and thick-sliced skirt steak) was richly flavorful and the perfect way to finish off the meal.
The other dishes were also excellent. Start with appetizers such as yukhoe and caviar, scallops marinated in soy sauce, seasonal chijimi (eel, corn, and edamame), and oxtail soup, and finish off with a choregi salad.
For the final course, choose from sudachi hiyashi noodles, chilled dandan noodles, or soup curry, and for dessert, honey pudding and seasonal sorbet are available. Everything besides the meat is carefully prepared, enhancing the overall perfection of the course.
All rooms are private and can accommodate 2 to 8 people. The modern and stylish space, with a greige theme, is perfect for dates, business dinners, and entertaining.
