I went to Kin no Spoon, a spice curry specialty store in Kyobashi, Osaka.
They say they have a spice curry recommended for people with hay fever. They serve curry made with akamoku, a popular immune boosting superfood, and various spices that have been used as medicinal herbs since ancient times.
▼Masala Premium S Lunch 1,300 yen
A set that includes a mini salad, tikka, and naan or rice. This set includes spice curry made with akamoku.
A spice curry with a subtle sweetness, easy to eat, and a thick consistency. I felt my body warming up after one bite.
The naan is superb, with a chewy texture and a sweet dough that goes perfectly with the spice curry. The harmony of the curry and the sweetness of the naan is very delicious.
When I told them I saw their Instagram, they gave me a complimentary drink. I got a lassi, which goes well with the spice curry. The Instagram special drink can be chosen from the set drinks for an additional 100 yen.
Mom's Japanese-style curry is delicious, but spice curry with a unique aroma using spices is also delicious. I'm also happy that the various characteristics of spices are good for your health.
