2 minutes walk from JR Kyobashi Station. Located on the first floor of Osaka City Hotel Kyobashi, this is a Mazesoba specialty store of Jinrui Mina Noodles, a popular ramen shop in Osaka that has long lines.

Mazesoba is made with a special sauce made just for the Mazesoba and medium-thick curly whole wheat noodles, mixed with sweet onions, flavorful Chinese chives, diced special bamboo shoots, and white scallions.
　　
The topping is two slices of Jinrui Mina Noodles' standard extra-thick, melt-in-your-mouth char siu. For an additional 150 yen, we offer a special boiled egg on top.

The special sauce, which has a bonito flavor, coats the chewy noodles perfectly. The flavor of chives and sweet onions are the secret to its deliciousness.

You can eat the boiled egg as is, but it's also delicious to crumble it and mix it in for a mellow taste.

In addition to the basic mazesoba, we also sell mazesoba with a variety of flavors, such as:
