About a 2-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station. Located in Namba-naka, the west side of Osaka Takashimaya, this ramen shop is listed in the Michelin Guide Tokai edition, originating from Hida Takayama.

Opened in November 2023, this ramen shop has a rich soy sauce flavor based on the local ramen, the nostalgic "Takayama Ramen" Chinese noodles.

Standard Chinese noodles with soy sauce. Hot soup with the aroma of seafood broth, including dried sardines and vegetables. The rich, sharp flavor is fragrant with black pepper.

The thin, curly noodles have just the right amount of bite and mix well with the soup. Toppings include roast pork, bamboo shoots, white spring onions, and seaweed. Add a boiled egg for an extra 130 yen.

The thick pork belly roast pork is lightly seared for a fragrant flavor. The ramen has a simple taste, but you can really taste the flavor of the ingredients.
