osaka the food paradise

osaka is the third most populous city in japan. this city is known for its vibrant food culture and lively food paradise. take a stroll along the famous dotonbori canal from dotonboribashi bridge to nipponbashi bridge in the namba district of the city’s chuo ward. it is a popular nightlife and entertainment with large illuminated signboards. the most instagramable scene is the glico displaying the image of a runner crossing a finished line.

there were many restaurants serving japanese cuisine. the famous ones which certainly must try are the okonomiyaki, this is a dish made of savory pancakes. the other must try dish is the takoyaki is an octopus dumplings.

osaka is only a short bullet train from tokyo, and can be done on a day trip but it can be a rush therefore it is wiser to explore the city for two days. #japantrip #dotonbori #osakatravel
