✔︎︎︎︎Soba Sashimi
My first time trying soba sashimi!
Soba noodles cut into strips and boiled.
Served with wasabi soy sauce, but raw soba! The texture was different from regular soba noodles, chewy and enjoyable! ✨️

✔︎︎︎︎ Dashimaki Tamago (Dashimaki Egg)
Dashimaki egg with a strong soba broth flavor.
The broth oozing out from the inside was amazing.
The sweet flavor was incredibly delicious!
I could eat as many as I wanted. ☺️💕

✔︎︎︎︎ Seasonal Tempura Platter
A hearty assortment.
Shrimp, conger eel, chrysanthemum, pumpkin, sweet potato, shishito pepper, lotus root, and eggplant make for a very filling meal.
I was particularly surprised by how huge the chrysanthemum tempura was. 🤣
I ate it with the broth, but I also recommend having it with the soba noodles. 🙆♀️

✔︎︎︎︎ Large Zaru Soba (Large Zaru Soba)
As the name suggests, it's huge!
You can choose between thick noodles and thin noodles, so I tried them both.

The thick noodles had a very firm texture.
The thin noodles had a sweet soba flavor and a smooth texture.

There are 10 different dipping sauces to choose from, so it was great to be able to order your favorite! ✨️
I ordered four, and it was fun comparing them! ☺️

I chose the curry dipping sauce for something richer, the light and refreshing chicken thigh salt dipping sauce, and the pork dipping sauce with egg, which was delicious sukiyaki-style.
I finished off with the standard soba broth! 🙏
And of course, I even had some soba soup at the end! 🥰

They serve regular soba, as well as dipping soba and a variety of other soba dishes, so you can enjoy them with your drinks!

✍️There's counter seating on the first floor, and table seating on the second floor.
I visited on a weekday evening, and the second floor was nearly full.

It might be a good idea to make a reservation.
