When it comes to motsunabe, vinegared motsu is the best thing to have.

I love it!

It's refreshing and has no strong flavor.
It has a nice crunchy texture that goes well with alcohol✨️

✔︎︎︎︎Today's dish: Seared local chicken
Seasoned using Satsuma Chiran chicken from Kagoshima.
The moist and chewy local chicken has a sweet taste, and when eaten with ginger and homemade ponzu sauce, it was a light and delicious dish✨️

✔︎︎︎︎Hakata Teppanyaki Gyoza
Bite-sized fried gyoza.
This size is just right!
The outside was crispy and the inside was juicy and delicious😋

The staff will keep a close eye on the pot, from adjusting the heat to making it delicious.

I chose level 2 for the spiciness!
It was just the right amount of spicy, so even my friend who doesn't like spicy food could eat it🙆♀️
(You can choose the spiciness from level 0 to 4)

Plenty of chives, cabbage, bean sprouts and vegetables.
It's filled with large chunks of motsu.
The soup is rich and plump with the tender offal.

This Taiwanese motsunabe is full of ingredients that will give you energy, and it's spicy too, so it's sure to give you energy🔥

For the final dish, we have o-jiya (rice porridge).
This is also made by the staff!

This delicious o-jiya is filled with the flavors of the ingredients and is full of delicious, spicy broth✨
After all, you'll want to eat rice at the end.

Motsunabe is good in the cold season, but the spicy Taiwanese motsunabe is also great in the hot summer!

✍️There are seats on the first and second floors.
I visited at 7:30pm on a weekday, but people kept coming after that and it was full!
There are many customers from overseas as well. I recommend making a reservation when you go 🙆♀️
