Living here is like living in Minion heaven! As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by Minions, and there are Minions videos playing 24 hours a day. The room had large windows with views of Universal Studios, and was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very rich, with local specialties such as takoyaki and fried wagyu beef, and the children enjoyed it very much.
The hotel has a wide range of facilities including on-site shopping, a snack bar, a cafe, a coin-operated laundry and a buffet. The aquarium and Minions decorations in the lobby are very attractive, and the jellyfish landscape in the elevator is also a surprise.
The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The convenient facilities and comfortable environment make the vacation experience great. However, some travelers mentioned that the beds and pillows were hard, which made waking up a little uncomfortable every morning.
