Yasaka Shrine quietly stands in the heart of Namba. What catches the eye is the huge lion hall (Shishiden) at the shrine’s entrance. It is said that waving your hand or taking photos facing the impressive lion’s mouth, which is 12m tall and 11m wide, "swallows bad luck and invites victory luck"  .
