Osaka Castle: Osaka Castle

Osaka Castle is a Japanese castle located in the Chuo district of Osaka City, Japan. It is one of the most famous castles in Japan and played a significant role during the unification wars of Japan in the 16th century during the Azuchi-Momoyama period.
Traveling to the castle is convenient by Japan’s train system. Get off at the station and walk about 1.5 km. The walk is easy and the scenery along the way makes the walk feel effortless until you reach Osaka Castle. The castle is grand and very beautiful, maintaining its beauty to this day. It is surrounded by water, creating a stunning view. If you come to Osaka, this is a must-visit spot. Visiting in different seasons offers different atmospheres, and if you come during the autumn foliage season, it will be an unforgettable beauty. If I have the chance to return, I would like to visit during the autumn foliage season to see the castle surrounded by beautiful trees.
Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Admission fee is approximately 600 yen.
