Unagi Rice at Hozenji Yokocho in Osaka

For lunch, I had unagi rice at "Jiyaki Unagi Hozenji Yamakazu" in Hozenji Yokocho. Luckily, there were still seats available without a reservation. The business is very good. The texture of the eel is very springy because it is not steamed beforehand, preserving the elasticity of the eel meat. The sauce is salty and sweet, and the grilling is well done. Adding some black pepper makes it taste even better.
