#达马屋 is a specialty store that specializes in charcoal-aged roast meat.

The Gourmet Corridor located on the B2 floor of HOTEL NIKKO OSAKA Shinsaibashi is also one of the restaurants that closes relatively late. Moreover, dining here is done in a private room, so there is a high degree of privacy and there is no smoky feeling when the meat is being cooked.

It’s the specialty of this store, and it’s even registered as a trademark! It’s so luxurious!
Sea urchin plus raw beef, decorated with gold foil and shredded seaweed.
The texture is very smooth and tender, and it has a sweet taste when eaten.

The salted beef tongue is tender and chewy.
Moreover, the store clerk helped to cook it, and it was cooked just right.

It is thinly sliced ​​cooked meat with grated white radish on top. It's very soft and has a strong meaty flavor, and it doesn't feel greasy at all because of the grated radish.
