The Otaru Canal, the representative scenery of Otaru, Hokkaido, is a gently winding river. It was originally used for small boats to transport goods. Although the transportation task has ended, the canal is still preserved. From about 18:00 every night to the early morning, the gas lamps along the coast will light up, which is very atmospheric for a walk.
