[Shiga Prefecture] Visit the Mecca of Competitive Karuta!!

This shrine is a sacred place for competitive karuta and enshrines Emperor Tenchi, who founded Omi-Otsu Shrine.
Emperor Tenchi is also the poet who wrote the first poem in the Ogura Hyakunin Isshu, so it is said to be the hall of fame for Hyakunin Isshu karuta.
