Haew Narok Waterfall @ Khao Yai National Park

Haew Narok Waterfall is a waterfall with steep cliffs, 5 levels, about 200 meters deep. There are rocks along the river. Although there has been some rain recently, the water volume is not enough to completely cover all the rocks. Haew Narok Waterfall is located at km. 24 on Highway No. 3077. From the parking lot, you have to walk for about 1 km., crossing Huai Samo Pun stream, until you reach the first level of the waterfall. There are stairs down for about 50 meters. When you get to the viewpoint, you will see the magnificent beauty of the waterfall. If you go in the rainy season, there will be a lot of water. The water spray will splash in the sunlight, creating a beautiful rainbow.
There are 3 levels of the waterfall. The first level is about 50 meters high and is a steep cliff. During the flood season, the water flows fast, making the water rushing into the pool below make a loud noise and the water spray spreads everywhere. The 2nd and 3rd levels are quite dangerous and are not open to visitors.
