The free observation lobby on the 21st floor of Sakai City Hall is the top floor of the city hall, 80 meters above ground, and is a corridor-style lobby where you can enjoy a 360-degree view.
The historic city of Sakai, including the Emperor Nintoku Tomb (Daisen Tomb), spreads out below you, and in the distance you can see Mount Rokko, Abeno Harukas, Mount Kongo, and more.
