🇹🇷 Half-Day Trip to Pamukkale, Türkiye

🚌 Goreme → Pamukkale
Ride the night bus and arrive at dawn!
15-minute minibus ride from Denizli 🚐
Instead of lodging, there are plenty of "large-scale hotels"—perfect for a half-day getaway with just a shower and luggage storage 👍

🍚 Surprise katsudon for breakfast! Tired of kebabs, I stumbled upon Lamuko's Lokanta, run by a Japanese couple. 🇯🇵
Recharged with a warm bowl of katsudon, a local favorite. 🍜✨

🌊 Pamukkale Travertine
Admission: 35 Lira, opens at 8:00 AM. 🕗
I highly recommend visiting early in the morning, before the tourist groups arrive. 🙌
The feeling of walking barefoot on pure white limestone. It looks like soft snow, but it's actually hard. ㅋㅋ

👣 Foot Bath + Photo Time
It was a little chilly in the morning, so I only dipped my feet, but it was refreshing.

I even had a cute photo opportunity with locals and travelers. 📸

🏛 Hierapolis Ruins
Remains of an ancient city perched on a limestone terrace.
The amphitheater is so well-preserved that it's still used for performances today! If you have time, we also recommend the hot spring pool (fee required). 🛁

🌅 Travel Tips
✔️ Go early in the morning to enjoy the seclusion.
✔️ Instead of staying overnight, consider staying at a hotel for a half-day.
✔️ Don't compare it to the hot air balloon rides in Cappadocia (it's just a small experience here).
