It's like the day I went, everyone had already gone on a trip to the provinces far away.
And so some cafés in Pattaya (some of them) didn't have many people, like Blue Space Café, there were very, very few people!! So I got a peaceful atmosphere to share.

The shop is next to the beach (but I'm not sure if you can swim).
. In front of the shop is a hotel. The shop is behind the hotel with a clear sign.

Parking: There's a lot of parking, shared with the hotel.
