You will be spoilt for choices at Terminal 21 Pattaya. They also have an awesome food court whereby you can even have more local food choices. The food court is decorated as part of Pier 21. So you will approach the information counter to buy a cashcard a can either keep if for the next use or refund it. It is really easy to make payment using the cashcard. The food stall staff also have no need to touch money and it is super clean. There are plenty of tables and chairs for free seating. If you walk around, you can even spot a huge metal crab with a large pair of pincers.
