One of the three Arabica branches in Phnom Penh.
I've tried all of them but this is my first review. The environment is very good, spacious and clean. The coffee seem to be of high quality. I ordered Caffe latte. It was good but the milk foam was not as smooth as the other two branches. You can actually tell this from my picture of this review and the picture of my other review ( I will write soon ) of the other branch.
Either way it's a very nice cafe and you should come here
