✨️Wat Phra Kaew, or Wat Phra Si Rattana Satsadaram, is located near the Chao Phraya River. It was completed in 1784 by King Rama I to enshrine the Emerald Buddha, or Phra Kaew Morakot. Since then, Wat Phra Kaew has become an important temple for royal religious ceremonies and is also part of the Grand Palace. It covers a vast area and features many beautiful buildings.
