🎈Wat Intaram was built in the early Ayutthaya period, around 1920. There is no clear evidence of who built it. There are two pieces of evidence: Somdet Phra Inthararat or Chao Nakhon In was the builder, and another piece of evidence is that Phraya Thong In was the builder.

🎈Inside the ordination hall, there is the principal Buddha image, Luang Pho To, a stucco Buddha image in the Mara-Vijaya or Mara-Victory posture. It is an ancient Buddha image that has been with Wat Intaram for a long time.

🎈Inside the ordination hall, there is also Luang Pho Thammakkhadpai, a Buddha image in the attitude of subduing relatives, with a wheel decorated with nine gems in the middle of the palm.
