Day trip to Ayutthaya by train

Easy, budget-friendly, and packed with culture and fun! Start your journey from Bangkok in the morning on a regular train with fares costing just a few baht. Once you arrive in Ayutthaya, you can rent a bicycle or take a tuk-tuk to explore the city.

First stop: "Wat Mahathat," where the highlight is the Buddha's head entwined in the roots of a Bodhi tree. Next, visit "Wat Chaiwatthanaram," a stunning riverside temple along the Chao Phraya River, known for its beauty and historical significance. For lunch, head to "Ayothaya Floating Market," offering traditional Thai food, souvenirs, handicrafts, and plenty of vintage-style photo spots.

End the day with a stroll around the old town before catching the evening train back to Bangkok. A relaxing trip filled with knowledge, beautiful photos, and a heartwarming experience—all in one day!
