Krua Na Rim Khlong | Secret restaurant in Ayutthaya

Today, I'd like to recommend a delicious restaurant that we highly recommend. As the name suggests, this small restaurant sits on the edge of a canal, shaped like a pavilion stretching parallel to the canal. It's not very spacious, but there's plenty of seating. The atmosphere is great, though mosquitoes and insects can be a bit overwhelming at night.

The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, including rice dishes and single-dish meals. They also offer river prawns. We ordered seafood fried rice and seafood with basil over rice, which were served generously. The sour curry with acacia shoots and shrimp was overflowing. It was served with a canal-side salad, crispy fried vegetables, and a sweet soybean sauce. The flavors complemented each dish perfectly. Every dish was delicious, generous portions, and reasonably priced. If you're visiting Ayutthaya, don't forget to stop by.
