He's not just a manager; he's a host in the truest sense, proactively checking in on guests and empowering his team to provide flawless service. His leadership is the invisible thread that connects the high quality across all restaurants, and his personal attention made us feel incredibly valued. Meanwhile, Khun Aey from Azur is the heart of the poolside experience. You are my 'funny girl'! She doesn't just create a joyful atmosphere; she is the joyful atmosphere. Her energy is infectious, turning a simple afternoon by the pool into a genuinely fun and memorable part of our day, making us feel like we were catching up with an old friend.

It is this consistent, sincere, and warm hospitality, which I've experienced year after year, that makes the Pullman my first and only choice whenever I visit Phuket. Thank you for everything.
